Reach Subsea is seeking an Inspection Team Lead to join our Perth team, supporting onshore leadership for subsea inspection activities. The role is office-based with flexibility for working from home and supports both conventional vessel and Reach Remote operations.

You will lead the regional inspection team, oversee technical governance, and ensure high-quality delivery across projects throughout their lifecycle.

Qualifications

• CSWIP 3.4U certification is required.
• Extensive experience in subsea inspection and ROV-based inspection campaigns.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and client-facing skills.
• Proven experience leading inspection teams in onshore or remote operations environments.

In support of Reach Subsea’s growth, we are seeking an Inspection Team Lead to join our Perth team.

The Regional Inspection Team Lead is responsible for the onshore leadership, coordination, and technical governance of subsea inspection activities within the region. The role is office-based with flexibility for working from home, supporting both conventional vessel and Reach Remote operations.

In this role, you will take a leading part in ensuring high-quality inspection delivery, while developing the regional inspection team and supporting projects throughout their lifecycle.
