Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; CPEng with Engineers Australia.
• 15+ years in a consulting environment leading technical teams and delivering complex projects.
• Extensive WA mining and heavy industrial project experience; strong governance and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior technical authority for structural engineering across WA mining and industrial projects.
• Lead and review complex steel and reinforced concrete designs in high-risk environments.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with Australian Standards and client requirements.
• Oversee technical checks and approvals of critical structural outputs.
• Lead the Perth Structural Discipline, setting quality and professional standards.
• Mentor engineers and designers, developing structural capability.
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships and advise on risk and scope.
• Provide senior project oversight, supporting project managers on delivery objectives.
