Job summary

PCR Talent on the Gold Coast seeks a Senior/Associate Structural Engineer to lead high-rise, hospitality and commercial projects. You’ll influence design direction, mentor engineers and drive project delivery while maintaining hands-on technical involvement.

Ideal candidates bring 8–12+ years, strong RC/PT/steel design knowledge and experience with ETABS, RAPT, RAM Concept or SpaceGass, with CPEng regarded.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in structural consulting for multi-storey buildings.
• Strong knowledge of RC, post‑tensioned and steel design.
• Experience with ETABS, RAPT, RAM Concept, SpaceGass.
• CPEng would be highly regarded.
• Leadership, client engagement and project delivery focus.

Responsibilities
