Job summary

PCR Talent on the Gold Coast is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead projects, engage with clients and stakeholders, and drive technical excellence across structural design and delivery.

You'll progressively take responsibility for project outcomes while mentoring junior engineers and building strong client relationships in a local consultancy setting.

Qualifications

• At least five years' structural engineering experience, preferably within an Australian consultancy environment.
• Strong technical experience in structural analysis and building design.
• Working knowledge of SpaceGass, ETABS and RAPT.
• Experience undertaking site inspections and dealing with construction-related engineering matters.
• Some demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.
• The confidence to communicate with clients, architects, builders and other consultants.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound engineering judgement and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
• A genuine desire to progress your career and take on greater responsibility.
