Job summary

PCR Talent on the Gold Coast seeks a Senior/Associate Structural Engineer to lead high-rise, hospitality and commercial projects. You’ll influence design direction, mentor engineers and drive project delivery while maintaining hands-on technical involvement.

Ideal candidates bring 8–12+ years, strong RC/PT/steel design knowledge and experience with ETABS, RAPT, RAM Concept or SpaceGass, with CPEng regarded.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Ideally, you will have 8-12+ years of structural consulting experience, including a strong background in multi‑storey building design.
• You will bring sound technical knowledge of reinforced concrete, post‑tensioned structures and steel design, together with experience using ETABS, RAPT, RAM Concept, SpaceGass or similar engineering software.
• Equally important are your leadership capabilities, commercial awareness, communication skills and ability to establish lasting relationships with clients.
• CPEng would be highly regarded.
• We are particularly interested in someone who enjoys remaining technically hands‑on but is equally motivated by developing people, managing significant projects and contributing to the future direction of the business.
