Job summary

The role works within the Disability Inclusion and Wellbeing Team, reporting to the Assistant Principal and Inclusion Leader.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a qualification in Speech Pathology, ability to provide consultancy services to staff and families, and a strong commitment to professional development

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of speech pathology techniques and ability to develop, provide and evaluate services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with staff, teachers and families.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and delivery of PD.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group speech pathology support in classrooms.
• Coordinate Language Support Programs within the college.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for staff and families.
• Maintain comprehensive records and liaise with related services.
