Job summary

Recruitment Hive is assisting an independent Federal Government agency in Canberra to hire a Lead Program Architect. The role requires NV1 clearance, is offered across multiple locations, and focuses on unifying complex solutions into an integrated program view.

You will mentor a group of senior architects, deliver architectures aligned to policy standards, and balance strategic goals with program needs to mitigate risk and enable delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT or equivalent; TOGAF or equivalent architecture qualification.
• Minimum five years leading architecture solution development.
• Broad technical background in solution architectures and strategic alignment.
• Experience in fraud detection or compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic roadmap unifying multiple solution and cyber designs.
• Align designs with agency strategy, standards and roadmaps.
• Mentor and review a team of architects, providing coaching and assurance.
• Deliver high quality architectures fit for business purpose.
