Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced Lead Solution Architect to guide integrated architectures for major mining projects. You will steer architecture decisions, ensure alignment with business and engineering objectives, and mentor project teams across study, design and delivery phases.

In this role, you will lead architecture governance, define integration requirements, and coordinate between IT and OT environments to deliver scalable, secure solutions in the energy, chemicals and resources sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Information Technology, Digital Transformation or Business is desirable.
• TOGAF Foundation or TOGAF Certified is desirable.
• Experience leading solution architecture for mining, resources, industrial or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of integrated solution architectures across technology and OT environments.
• Develop and maintain architecture deliverables for planning, design, governance and delivery.
• Provide architecture input to business and technology requirements.
• Establish traceability between requirements, decisions and deliverables.
• Coordinate inputs across disciplines to align business, technology and engineering outcomes.
• Define integration and interface requirements for interoperable systems.
• Support architecture governance, assurance and client approvals.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to project teams throughout study, design and delivery.
