Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced Technology Lead to own the technology delivery across a major mining program, including surface and underground facilities. You’ll define and drive the execution strategy from concept through commissioning, coordinating engineering, procurement and commissioning activities.

The role starts with a home-office phase before moving to site-based delivery on a FIFO 2 weeks on / 1 week off roster, with 12-hour shifts and night shift uplift when required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering technology solutions in mining, infrastructure, energy, or heavy industry environments.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and influence client relationships.
• Experience managing technology scope through full project lifecycles.
• Underground mining project experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of technology scopes across surface and underground facilities.
• Act as the primary interface with technology stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain responsibility matrices for delivery ownership across project phases.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
• Drive technology scope from concept through to commissioning and handover.
• Ensure alignment between project teams, technology functions and client requirements.
• Provide leadership across multiple project environments to deliver safe, efficient outcomes.
