Qualifications

• Experience leading or mentoring a small development team
• Ability to communicate technical trade-offs to Product and UX
• Track record of making architectural decisions
• Proficiency in C# or similar languages
• Experience with large 3D datasets and spatial algorithms
• Understanding of 3D rendering fundamentals and graphics APIs
• UI/workflow design with focus on usability and performance
• Ability to write high-performance algorithms
• Proven cross-functional team collaboration
• Experience in mining software or mining-related domains
• Familiarity with GIS and CAD tools such as Blender/AutoCAD
