Clough Ltd. in NSW seeks a Site Safety Coordinator for the Future Generation Joint Venture project Snowy 2.0 to coordinate site safety advisors and governance, ensuring FGJV HSSE systems are implemented for a healthy and safe working environment.

You will report to the Site Safety Manager, lead the safety team, conduct audits and risk assessments, and support construction management to meet statutory and client safety obligations while maintaining high standards of communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma – WHS or equivalent required.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment preferred.
• Construction Induction Card, White Card, Drivers Licence, and ICAM listed as prerequisites.
• Experience with safety management tools and risk assessment.

Responsabilités

• Interpret and apply WHS legislation, codes of practice and Australian Standards.
• Complete audits and risk assessments to support site safety.
• Provide advice to construction management to ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate area Safety Activity Schedule and safety initiatives.
• Lead the Safety team and deliver incident investigations and reporting.
