Job summary

Future Generation Joint Venture (FGJV) is the principal contractor for Snowy 2.0. The role focuses on managing a section of works to meet time, cost, quality, safety and contractual targets within a remote, challenging environment.

Must have Civil Engineering qualifications, White Card, and a C Class Driver's Licence with at least 7 years in construction. Expect to mentor teams, review designs, and develop 6–12 month look-ahead programs while ensuring QA compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience in construction (senior role).
• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or similar discipline.
• White Card and C Class Driver's Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure QA is implemented on site and assist with QA concepts.
• Develop construction documentation (CAP, WPA, CMS) and look ahead programs.
• Coordinate design with the technical team and site workforce for execution.
• Mentor engineers and review subcontractor packages and IPC claims.
• Develop and maintain detailed day-to-day, look-ahead, and resource delivery schedules.
