Job summary

UGL Limited is seeking an experienced Site Based Planner to join the CO2 team on a major construction project. You will operate on a 2/2 roster at the Barrow Island site, providing essential planning and scheduling support to the Site Execution Team.

Key responsibilities include detailed schedule development, resource loading, budget oversight, and look-ahead forecasting, using Primavera to drive compliant reporting and progress updates in line with client and UGL standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in site planning or project controls.
• Strong E&I trade background desirable.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6.
• Ability to work independently within defined procedures.
• Understanding of scheduling techniques and earned value.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules with timely updates.
• Create and enforce scheduling procedures.
• Load resources and track progress against plan.
• Maintain budget hours and quantities.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules and progress reports.
• Collaborate with Project Controls and Contracts teams.
