Job summary

UGL Limited is seeking an experienced Site Based Planner to join our CO2 team on a major construction project at Barrow Island. Commencing ASAP, this 2/2 roster role has the point of hire in Perth, WA.

You will provide essential planning and scheduling support to the Site Execution Team to meet time and budget targets. Key duties include developing detailed schedules, managing resources, updating planning systems, and producing weekly progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in site planning.
• Hands-on Primavera planning experience required.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling practices and earned value.
• Ability to work independently within defined parameters.
• Understanding of safety regulations and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules and update them regularly.
• Create, revise and communicate scheduling procedures.
• Manage resource loading and progress tracking with Site Execution Team.
• Maintain current budget hours and key quantities for activities.
• Provide schedule impact analysis for project changes.
• Conduct critical path and forecasting analyses for progress.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports.
• Develop data standards and clarify project scope.
• Collaborate on scheduling, cost estimating and project controls.
• Develop manpower, quantity and equipment histograms and monitor plan vs actual progress.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules and coordinate cross-discipline meetings.
