Job summary

Glenvill Homes is seeking a results-driven Site Manager with residential housing construction experience to lead multiple homes across Brisbane's South Western Corridor, delivering quality on time and on budget.

You will establish a high-performing trade base, supervise trades on site, ensure OH&S compliance, manage project documentation and forward planning, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to drive successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in domestic building.
• Carpentry background preferred, with strong knowledge and understanding of residential construction.
• Experience managing multiple residential building projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of quality, safety and workmanship across multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate trades, subcontractors, clients and internal teams.
• Strong knowledge of site safety requirements, building standards and residential construction practices.
• A current driver’s licence is essential.
