Job summary

Frasers Property Group in NSW is seeking a highly commercial, results-driven Project Manager to own site-based delivery for major residential developments. Reporting to the Construction Manager, this role bridges development strategy and on-site execution.

Operating directly from project sites, you will manage external D&C contractors, civil partners, and consultants from tender through construction, close-out, and warranty, protecting the project from commercial risk while ensuring safety,

Qualifications

• Experience managing major building contracts on residential developments.
• Strong cost planning, forecasting and contract administration.
• Knowledge of NSW planning frameworks and Building Code of Australia.
• Excellent negotiation and dispute resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction budgets, contingencies, and cash flow.
• Lead external builders, civil contractors, and consultants to milestones.
• Coordinate variations and disclosures with sales and marketing.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and build quality targets.
• Drive approvals (CC, DA, and utility sign-offs) to streamline settlements.
