Qualifications

• Builder's licence is required.
• Strong knowledge of residential building practices and construction methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential construction projects from commencement to handover.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction quality.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Manage client communications and provide regular project updates.
• Review contracts, variations, and project documentation.
• Resolve construction issues promptly to minimise delays.
