Job summary

Mediatec Asia Pacific in Sydney is seeking a Service Manager to oversee a skilled team of service technicians responsible for inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of rental video and AV equipment.

You will collaborate with Warehouse and Operations, develop preventative maintenance schedules, ensure equipment readiness, manage service records in the ERP Easy Job, and drive continuous improvement to meet rental commitments and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a technical service team.
• Experience with professional video, broadcast, AV or rental equipment.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Collaborative with warehouse and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small team of service personnel.
• Oversee servicing, maintenance, testing and repair of equipment.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager for equipment turnaround and availability.
• Ensure accurate service records and cost tracking.
