Job summary

SAF Developments is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to manage a 44-home residential project from site start to handover. You will lead on-site operations, plan works, coordinate trades and subcontractors, and ensure schedules are maintained and quality standards met.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong building knowledge, and the ability to resolve on-site issues while keeping projects moving safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Foreman or similar in residential builds.
• Ability to read architectural/construction drawings.
• Proven leadership and subcontractor management.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to WHS and quality.
• Current Australian work rights and White Card.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations from start to handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades to meet schedules.
• Monitor progress against project schedules and address delays.
• Read drawings and ensure work aligns with documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, compliant worksite.
• Conduct quality inspections and rectify defects.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics.
• Communicate progress with project managers and clients.
• Prepare site records and report progress.
• Coordinate final inspections and handover activities.
