Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of promotional events and product demonstrations.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage event staff.
• Develop event schedules, rosters, and staffing allocations.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and ensure successful event outcomes.
• Monitor event performance and provide post-event reporting.
• Ensure events are conducted safely and in line with WHS requirements.
• Manage budgets, resources, and materials for events.
• Conduct site visits and attend events as required.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure positive customer experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, venues, suppliers, and team members.
• Assist with business development activities and identify growth opportunities.
