Job summary

Adecco Australia Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead design and construction of new build projects in Sydney, valued up to $10 million. You will drive programming, budgeting, and procurement while coordinating site teams and consultants to deliver on time and within budget.

• Experience delivering commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple D&C new build projects valued up to $10m.
• Oversee project programming, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and site teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee procurement, contract administration and cost control.
• Lead project delivery from design coordination through to practical completion.
