Job summary

Our client in Sydney is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee Design & Construct new build projects up to $10 million. This hands-on role requires taking ownership from pre-construction through to handover within a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven PM experience in commercial construction, a track record delivering $2–$10m projects, and strong commercial/contractual understanding with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Our client is a well-established commercial builder delivering a diverse range of new build projects across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of work secured, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects valued up to $10 million.
