Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, PMO, coordination, reporting, or project support roles.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, governance forums, and follow up on actions and deliverables.
• Maintain trackers, reports, dashboards, and shared repositories.
• Prepare presentations, reporting packs, and executive updates.
• Support productivity and transformation teams with data gathering and analysis.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, and dependencies across initiatives.
• Liaise with stakeholders to collect information and ensure reporting deadlines are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and ways of working.
