Job summary

Refresco Australia Pty Ltd – Condell Park NSW is seeking an experienced Production Leading Hand to lead the production floor, drive performance and uphold safety and quality standards. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will mentor team members and ensure smooth line operation in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills and the ability to manage shifts, equipment issues and GMP/HACCP compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leading hand, team leader or similar manufacturing leadership role.
• Experience in beverage, food manufacturing or FMCG is essential.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate and manage production operations.
• Hands-on problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and food safety requirements.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends when required.
• SAP experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and mentor production team members on safe operation of equipment.
• Operate and troubleshoot production machinery across lines.
• Communicate daily targets and performance to the team.
• Complete production documentation and reporting at shift end.
• Supervise team performance to maximise productivity, quality and safety.
