Block Earner in Sydney is seeking a mid‑level Product Manager to own execution across crypto lending interfaces. You’ll work with the product lead to shape what we build, stay across detail, and drive a release while balancing commercial, legal, and regulatory inputs.

This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years in product roles on technically complex platforms, strong product instincts, SQL fluency, and comfort communicating in plain language with partner teams.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–5 years in Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Analyst on technically complex products.
• Strong product instincts for retail customers and measurable impact on flows.
• Able to write and run SQL and reason about data structure.
• Clear communicator able to explain product behavior to partner teams in plain language.
• Experience in financial services, payments or regulated environments is an advantage.
• Technical background is a bonus; time as a developer is a plus.
• Fluency with AI tools and view on how they change product work.
• Ownership: sees work through to outcome and engages in the detail.
• Problem solver: curious about how things work and finding smarter routes.
• Decisive: makes calls with imperfect information and adapts when better data arrives.
• Curious and open-minded: asks questions until it makes sense.

Responsibilities

• Own execution for one or two product areas and grow from there.
• Work with the product lead to shape what we build and how it should behave.
• Stay across detail, keep engineering moving, and coordinate releases.
• Record the reasoning behind day-to-day product calls.
• Define success metrics and interrogate data to identify friction and next changes.
