Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy for the lending platform, including architecture decisions and feature timing.
• Own correctness and reliability of lending calculations, decisioning logic, and loan lifecycle events.
• Set and maintain engineering standards, promote code quality, and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee delivery of features on time and within scope, coordinating with product managers.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, and operations to build controls into the platform from the start.
• Drive hiring, onboarding, and training of new engineers.
