Job summary

UpGuard is hiring a Senior Product Manager to shape and drive product strategy for the CRPM platform. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features that solve real customer problems and deliver measurable value.

This role emphasizes strategic thinking, technical acumen, and strong design sensibility, with the option for a fully remote arrangement within Australia.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong collaboration with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to define and drive complex product initiatives.
• Experience in UX or design collaboration.
• Strong understanding of data and metrics to inform product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for key areas of the UpGuard platform.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to define, build, and launch products.
• Translate customer problems and opportunities into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Collaborate with Design to craft thoughtful, intuitive user experiences and maintain design consistency.
• Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints to prioritise work.
• Champion a customer-first mindset and advocate for meaningful solutions.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
• Analyse performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and iteration.
