Job summary

Liontown is seeking a Leading Hand Process Operator at Kathleen Valley to operate mineral processing equipment, monitor performance, and support safety and production targets. You will mentor less experienced operators and ensure procedures are followed across shifts.

The role offers a 12-hour shift roster, with opportunities for progression within a growing operation and a collaborative safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a process operator with ability to act as a work-group reference point.
• Experience mentoring less experienced operators on technical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Clear communication of operational status and issues to team and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mineral processing equipment (conveyors, crushers, mills, separators, flotation cells, dewatering).
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards/incidents.
• Monitor product quality and conduct routine inspections/tests.
• Maintain accurate process data and generate shift reports.
