You will mentor less experienced operators, maintain shift handover detailing plant status and hazards, and contribute to a culture that values safety, quality and continuous improvement on a 12-hour roster.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a process operator role and readiness to act as a work group reference point.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Clear communication skills to convey technical information to the team and leaders.
