Job summary

29Metals is seeking a Process Operator for the Golden Grove operation in Western Australia. You will report to the Mill Production Supervisor and work on a 2:2 roster (day and night shifts), focusing on the production of zinc, lead and copper concentrates while adhering to operating strategies.

You will operate plant equipment, perform routine cleanup, identify hazards, maintain shift records, and contribute to safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Background as a process operator in mineral processing plants.
• Exposure to crushing, grinding, flotation and dewatering circuits.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Outlook).
• Current C-class driver’s licence (manual).

Responsibilities

• Operating plant and equipment efficiently to meet production targets and goals.
• Performing routine clean-up duties to ensure equipment is safe and well maintained.
• Identifying, evaluating, and reporting hazards and loss sources.
• Maintaining shift logs, reports and daily variances.
• Adhering to site standards and actively participating in safety initiatives.
