Job summary
Access Covers Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Precast Concrete Leading Hand to join our Queensland production team in Eagle Farm. This hands-on leadership role requires strong expertise in precast concrete, formwork, steel reinforcement and factory production.
You will guide the production team, coordinate workflow, and uphold safety, quality and productivity standards. The position offers a stable, full-time role with early starts, overtime on Saturdays, and immediate commencement for the right
Qualifications
- Experience in precast concrete manufacturing or similar industrial setting.
- Experience as a Leading Hand or in hands-on leadership roles.
- Must hold LF licence and be willing to operate forklifts.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production instructions.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example and coordinate daily production activities.
- Provide guidance and support to production team members.
- Prepare and assemble formwork and moulds for concrete production.
- Assist with concrete pours, finishing, patching and repairs.
- Manufacture and position steel reinforcement cages.
