Job summary

PC Ability, part of The Procare Group, invites applications for a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner in Sydney. You will lead a new PBS service, build a varied caseload, and contribute to high-quality NDIS outcomes.

You will develop evidence-based plans, perform functional assessments, and collaborate with families to deliver practical, sustainable supports. A degree in a related field and professional registration are required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly with participants, families and staff.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with participants and other stakeholders.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage a varied caseload.
• Proactive approach to empowering others and achieving positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to drive growth of the PBS team.
• Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based behaviour support plans per NDIS guidelines.
• Conduct functional behaviour assessments to identify needs and plan strategies.
• Collaborate with families, carers and support teams for sustainable outcomes.
• Deliver training to staff and stakeholders to implement behaviour strategies.
• Maintain compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards through accurate documentation.
