Job summary

Build Up Recruitment in Sydney’s Lower North Shore is assisting an established builder-developer to recruit an experienced Project Manager to lead Class 2 residential projects through the full delivery cycle.

The role suits PMs from Tier 2/3 builders or builder-developer backgrounds who can own projects, coordinate consultants and drive program, quality and cost outcomes in a stable, long‑term environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Class 2 residential buildings.
• Strong working knowledge of NCC / BCA and the NSW Apartment Design Guide.
• Solid understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage Class 2 apartment projects from early works through to completion.
• Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Drive program, quality, compliance and cost outcomes.
• Maintain a high standard of build quality and attention to detail.
