Job summary

Qantas Group is seeking a Principal Planning Analyst – Component Campaign to lead a team of Senior Analysts to support Component Campaigns, Charter Flights, and Logistics Management. The role blends hands-on supply chain operations with internal/external stakeholder management to ensure parts availability and maintain OTP.

You will bring a minimum of 5 years in supply chain planning, a degree in engineering, maths, science, or business, and strong leadership with OEMs and airline partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supply chain experience, preferably in planning.
• Degree qualification in engineering, mathematics, science, supply chain or business.
• Extensive experience in supply chain, purchasing, repair management and inventory optimization.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Senior Analysts (Planning Support and Demand & Supply Planning) to support Component Campaigns, Charter Flights, Line Stations Planning & Logistics Management, Loans & Borrows, Fly-Away Kits, and Material Sales.
• Ensure parts availability and effective supply chain coordination with internal and external stakeholders to prevent OTP impact due to insufficient spare parts.
• Balance hands-on operations with stakeholder management and provide strong analytical and financial judgment to identify optimal solutions.
