Job summary

Amazon's Worldwide Operations Security (WWOS) Physical Security Implementation team seeks a PM, Physical Security to lead planning, execution, and delivery of security solutions across AU region. You will own the regional security infrastructure portfolio, drive process improvements, and serve as SME for physical security systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of defining improvements using data and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete project lifecycle for physical security solutions across a large region.
• Lead site launch activities and manage integrators on scope, schedule, cost, quality.
• Define and manage programming, commissioning, and testing standards for access control, IP-based surveillance, and IDS.
• Oversee bid preparation, specifications, drawings, code compliance, vendor coordination, budget control, change management, security system commissioning, and closeout.
• Mentor junior team members and drive lifecycle documentation.
