Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. seeks a seasoned Physical Security Project Manager to lead APAC office and facility security builds. You will coordinate internal teams, regional vendors, landlords and construction partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with global GSIS standards.

The role requires design engineering oversight, APAC vendor management, and frequent cross-time-zone collaboration, with travel across the region as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in security / design / construction, with significant experience delivering projects in APAC markets.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for site visits and commissioning, primarily within APAC.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of project schedules, budgets, and documentation for APAC projects.
• Develop and manage vendor bench; review proposals and manage contracts.
• Coordinate design engineering and construction activities; ensure alignment with GSIS standards.
• Monitor QA/QC processes and ensure compliant, complete contract documentation.
• Provide region-wide status updates to DEC Manager and leadership.
