  • Manage vendor relationships including onboarding, RFQ/bid processes, contracting, quality assurance, and operational support.
  • Ensure integrators are adequately covered by active contracts and work with Procurement Category Managers to monitor vendor performance.
  • Lead project closure processes including scope validation, asset documentation, as-built drawings, and lessons-learned reviews.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics: vendor performance, budget adherence, cost efficiency, defect rates, and program effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update system documentation with regard to retrofits and changes.
  • Prepare and archive project close-out documentation.
