Job summary

Regathered AI Pty Ltd is seeking a Lead Performance Marketer to own paid acquisition for VIP clients. You will plan, build, launch, optimize and report on Meta and Google campaigns across service-based businesses.

You’ll develop landing pages, test creative, and manage performance metrics from CPL to ROAS, feeding data into our AI engine for precise conversions. You will collaborate with our build team, engage with business owners directly, and help scale the VIP offer with playbooks and

Qualifications

2+ years hands-on managing Meta and Google Ads, with agency experience.
Proven ability to juggle 15+ accounts simultaneously with no slippage.
Experience generating leads for service-based businesses with tangible results.
Ability to build landing pages (GHL/Lovable) and test quick wins.
Fluent use of AI tools for creative, copy, analysis and reporting.
Commercial understanding of margins, lead value and owner priorities.
Confident direct communication with business owners, including pushing back when needed.
Strong tracking and analytics skills (GA4, GTM, Meta CAPI).
GoHighLevel experience and video ad editing capability.

Responsibilities

Build and run Meta and Google Ads campaigns for up to 15 client accounts.
Create high-converting landing pages and funnels quickly (GHL/Lovable).
Brief, write and test ad creative and copy using AI tools.
Own tracking and attribution: pixels, conversions API, GA4, offline CRM conversions.
Directly engage with business owners for onboarding, strategy calls and updates.
Report performance in commercial terms (CPL, bookings, ROAS, payback).
Collaborate with the build team to align ad data with AI follow-up engine.
Help shape the VIP offer with playbooks and templates.
