Department of Justice and Community Safety VIC – Maldon is seeking an Offender Management Supervisor to lead and develop offender management practices at Tarrengower Prison. The role focuses on mentoring custodial staff, strengthening case planning and promoting trauma-informed approaches within a rehabilitation framework.

You will work with prison operations, case workers and Corrections Victoria to ensure consistent application of the Correctional Practice Framework and drive quality

Qualificações

• Demonstrated knowledge of offender management, case management and rehabilitation in a correctional setting.
• Ability to lead, coach and mentor custodial staff to deliver offender management processes.
• Strong ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders to achieve outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to custodial staff to strengthen offender management and case planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the Correctional Practice Framework.
• Support staff capability through training and knowledge sharing.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to promote integrated offender management approaches.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on offender management processes to inform decisions.
