Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior robotics professional to lead development of Physical AI/Robotics solutions across client operations. You will oversee architecture, PoC, pilots, and full-scale rollouts while coordinating with clients and partners including NVIDIA, Boston Dynamics, and Universal Robots.

You will drive Next-Gen Robotics strategy, guide tech roadmaps, and mentor a cross-functional team, balancing technical depth with business outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of robotics tech experience (ROS/ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion, simulation).
Minimum 5 years in products, HPS, Resources, CMT, or related industries.
Minimum 5 years leading technical workstreams (Solution Architect, Tech Lead).
Minimum 3 years leading robotics/tech consulting projects in industrial or research settings.
Bachelor's degree in robotics or computer science (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Build Physical AI & Robotics solutions transforming client operations.
Develop scalable Physical AI architectures; focus on autonomy and VLA integration.
Manage a Centre of Excellence (3–10 people) from PoC to production rollout.
Coordinate with clients, partners, and Accenture units on roadmaps and deployments.
Contribute to Next-Gen Robotics strategy and ecosystem positioning.
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to create standout offerings.
