Job summary

Accenture NSW is seeking an AI Engineer (Agentic/Applied) to design, build, and deploy production-grade agentic AI solutions across the enterprise stack. You will work with client teams, lead design sessions, and create reusable patterns that scale beyond individual engagements to maximize efficiency in the software delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping production-grade AI/agentic solutions.
• Proven ability to own evaluation harness and observability.
• Strong Python and backend development skills.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI) in production.
• Knowledge of RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern production-grade agentic solutions at enterprise scale.
• Define RAG pipeline standards and quality benchmarks.
• Lead multi-LLM integration and cost governance.
• Own LLMOps strategy, evaluation harness, and prompt governance.
• Drive client engagements, architecture design, and POC delivery.
• Publish reusable patterns and engineering standards across engagements.
• Define program-level AI impact metrics for stakeholders.
