Qualifications

• Mining industry experience in senior engineering, maintenance, asset management, infrastructure, or project delivery.
• Strong asset management, maintenance strategy, and operational readiness knowledge.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary advisory or major project engagements; willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver financial, commercial, and technical assessments across mining studies and due diligence reviews.
• Lead advisory projects ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Build trusted client relationships and communicate complex information to technical and executive audiences.
• Prepare and present technical reports supporting financing and investment decisions.
• Support business growth through client relationship management and proposals.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to technical excellence within the team.
