Job summary

Communicare seeks a Manager Men's Behaviour Change to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering interventions to individuals who have used violence in intimate and family relationships. Based from a Cannington base with occasional travel to Geraldton, you will drive service quality, staff performance and stakeholder engagement to support safer families and communities.

This permanent full-time role is 76 hours per fortnight and primarily located in Cannington, WA.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Leadership experience in Men's Behaviour Change or FDV programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Experience leading teams and driving service quality.
• Knowledge of risk assessment and CRARMF frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and support staff across multiple service locations.
• Ensure programs align with NOSPI and WA standards.
• Build relationships with Department of Justice and stakeholders.
• Drive service quality, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop strategic partnerships to strengthen service delivery.
