Job summary

Warrikal is seeking a hands-on site supervisor to coordinate mechanical trades and lead shutdown activities across Western Australia’s mining operations. You will drive safe work practices, manage execution, budgets and schedules while supporting diverse maintenance projects across Warrikal’s portfolio.

You will supervise mechanical crews, ensure readiness, trains and briefs teams, and provide daily progress updates to site leadership while upholding safety, quality and efficiency expectations.

Qualifications

• Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor required.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience in mining, maintenance or construction.
• Current C Class Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Review work packs, client work orders, schedules and scope to understand execution requirements.
• Confirm shutdown readiness by allocations, competencies, tooling, equipment and materials.
• Verify permits, isolations, JHAs and HSEQ requirements before starting work.
• Supervise crews and Leading Hands in the field to deliver daily milestones and scope.
• Lead daily pre-starts, toolbox talks and shift briefings.
• Provide daily progress updates on risks and issues to Site Leadership.
• Coordinate crew, tooling and equipment demobilisation activities.
• Contribute to lessons learned processes through execution feedback.
