Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years leadership experience in shutdowns as Leading Hand or Supervisor.
• Schedule 26 DMEIRS Certification, including BSBWHS414 and BSBWHS411.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• An Australian-recognised trade certificate.
• Possess a valid Driver's Licence and fitness for pre-employment medical.

Responsibilities

• Supervise small crews during shutdowns and critical mining work.
• Oversee new installations and major component change-outs on mining equipment.
• Maintain safety standards and coordinate with site leaders.
• Liaise with clients across multiple tier-one mining sites.
