Job summary

Hyne Timber is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at our Tuan Mill, commencing January 2027. You will provide leadership, coaching and direction to ensure safe, efficient and reliable plant operations.

The role focuses on team development, safety, maintenance planning, reliability improvements, shutdown & contractor management and continuous improvement. Tie in with Hyne Timber’s values and growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• Trade or engineering background required.
• Leadership experience or potential.
• Strong communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and team development.
• Industrial maintenance experience.
• Must have current and unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team for safe, reliable plant operation.
