Hyne Timber is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our Tuan Mill in January 2027. You will lead a maintenance team, focusing on safety, reliability and continuous improvement to ensure optimal plant performance. The role is ideal for an existing supervisor or a senior tradesperson stepping into leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance team in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Strong focus on safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Able to plan, schedule and execute maintenance and reliability initiatives.
• Experience with shutdowns and contractor management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operation.
• Drive safety and compliance across maintenance activities.
• Plan, execute and optimize maintenance work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Lead reliability improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades.
• Coordinate shutdowns and manage contractors.
• Foster continuous improvement across maintenance processes.
