Job summary

BP is seeking a senior Supply Chain role to lead scheduling of inventories, supplier deliveries, and bid/contract execution for fuel products in Australia. You will coordinate across Trading, Shipping, and Logistics teams to optimise supply and commercial value, while ensuring compliance and safety standards.

The role requires strong data handling, a deep understanding of refinery supply chains, and the ability to manage working capital, risk, and supplier relationships in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Economics or Commerce.
• Understanding of refinery product supply chains including trading, shipping and terminal operations.
• Ability to work with large volumes of sophisticated data.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling of product inventories, receipts and deliveries and optimise supply program.
• Develop forward supply plans (Month+2 onward) and coordinate with Trading & Shipping teams.
• Nominate import requirements and coordinate vessel schedules and shipping activities.
• Lead responses to supply disruptions, manage product quality risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Own operational execution of supply contracts and ensure all nominations and notices are fulfilled.
