Job summary
JV Recruitment in Sydney partners with a premier waterproofing contractor to appoint a Liquid Membrane Supervisor. This high-visibility role oversees on-site execution across luxury new builds and remedial projects, ensuring premium finishes and strict QA.
The successful trade-qualified candidate will lead teams, manage substrate prep and penetrations, and liaise with builders and site managers. A NSW White Card and NSW Driver’s Licence are required.
Qualifications
- Cert III in Construction Waterproofing is essential.
- Deep technical knowledge and hands-on skill in liquid waterproofing.
- Experience across New Build construction and Remedial residential works.
- Meticulous approach to high-end finishes and precision.
- Strong communication and leadership to build a long-term site leadership career.
Responsibilities
- On-Site Supervision: Lead day-to-day waterproofing across luxury builds and remedial sites.
- Liquid Membrane Execution: Supervise and perform high-performance liquid membrane work.
- Quality Control & QA Sign-Offs: Implement QA inspections for leak-free finishes.
- Trade Management: Coordinate and mentor site teams and subcontractors.
- Client & PM Liaison: Work with builders and project leaders on site logistics and sign-offs.
