Job summary

CONCRETE SEAL PTY LTD in Brisbane is seeking an experienced waterproofing tradesperson with a minimum of 3 years' experience. This role involves applying liquid membrane systems and other waterproofing methods across projects in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast.

You must have a valid driver's license and own transport, and hold Certificate III in Construction Waterproofing. Immediate start available; work across multiple sites with safety and compliance at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in waterproofing
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Trustworthy, hard-working with good workmanship and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Applying liquid membrane waterproofing systems
• Applying spray polyurea systems (preferred but not necessary)
• Carrying out sheet membrane waterproofing where required (preferred but not necessary)
• Performing concrete repair works, including spalling and crack remediation
• Surface preparation to ensure proper adhesion and long-lasting performance
• Identifying and repairing defects, cracks, and problem areas prior to application
• Ensuring all works comply with Australian Standards, site specifications, and safety requirements
• Working collaboratively with site managers, supervisors, and other trades to meet project deadlines
